The proportion is deliberately attenuated, which is what gives the lamp its height without any bulk.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe glaze is an even white ground carried across the whole body and flooded with fine brown and tan speckle, dense enough to read as oatmeal from across a room and as individual flecks in the hand.
