Local Pickup & Order Abandonment Policy

At Viridian Eclection, all items are often one-of-a-kind, limited inventory pieces. By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pickup Timeframe

All local pickup orders must be collected within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. Customer Acknowledgment

By selecting Local Pickup and completing your purchase, you:

• Acknowledge the 10-day pickup requirement

• Agree that failure to collect the order within this timeframe constitutes order abandonment

• Authorize Viridian Eclection to cancel the order without refund

3. Failure to Pick Up (Abandonment Clause)

If an order is not picked up within the 10-day period:

• The order will be deemed abandoned

• The item(s) will be returned to active inventory

• The order will be canceled without refund, credit, or exchange

4. No Refunds or Chargeback Eligibility

Local pickup orders that are not collected within the required timeframe are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or chargebacks.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

• The item was made available for pickup as agreed

• Failure to retrieve the item is not a failure of delivery or service

5. Proof of Fulfillment

Viridian Eclection fulfills its obligation by:

• Making the item available for pickup at the designated location

• Providing order confirmation and pickup instructions via email

These records serve as proof of fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute.

6. No Extensions or Exceptions

Due to storage limitations and inventory turnover, no extensions, holds, or exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.
