ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS — TERMS OF SALE

All antique and vintage items sold by Viridian Eclection are one-of-a-kind and sold as described. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Condition
Every piece is photographed extensively and described with detailed condition notes prior to listing. Antique and vintage items may exhibit age-related wear, patina, crazing, fading, or minor imperfections consistent with their age and history. These characteristics are inherent to antique objects and are not considered defects.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique and vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage all buyers to review listing photographs and condition notes carefully, and to contact us with questions before purchasing.

Shipping & Carrier Liability
Every piece is professionally packed with museum-grade foam, double-boxing, and fragile handling labels. Once a shipment is in carrier hands, liability for damage transfers to the carrier. Major carriers including FedEx do not insure antiques. Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Viridian Eclection will provide full photographic documentation of pre-shipment condition and packing to support any claim.
