Return & Refund Policy — The Viridian Eclection
At The Viridian Eclection, each piece in our collection is hand-selected, historically researched, and chosen for its craftsmanship, provenance, and unique character. Because our inventory consists of vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items, their individuality—and their natural signs of age—are part of their story.
To preserve the integrity of our curation and ensure transparency for every collector and client, the following policy applies to all purchases:
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
All products are sold as-is, with their condition accurately represented to the best of our ability at the time of purchase.
Condition Disclosure
Every item in our shop is carefully inspected, described, and photographed prior to listing. Because antique and vintage pieces often carry variations, wear, or patina consistent with age, please review:

→ All written descriptions
→ All dimensions, materials, and condition notes
before finalizing your purchase.
If you require additional photographs, video, measurements, or clarification, we welcome inquiries prior to checkout. We want you to feel fully confident in the piece you are welcoming into your home.
Shipping Responsibility & 3rd-Party Carriers
The Viridian Eclection does not ship items.
All shipping is arranged and completed by the customer through a third-party shipping carrier of their choice.
How It Works:
→ After checkout, the buyer is responsible for selecting a licensed, insured shipper.
→ The shipping carrier must schedule a pick-up directly from our warehouse.
→ The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, coordination, timing, and delivery arrangements.
Important Notes:
→ We do not pack, transport, or ship items on the buyer’s behalf.
→ We do not assume liability for the actions, delays, performance, or damages caused by any third-party shipping carrier.
→ Once the item is picked up from our warehouse, responsibility transfers entirely to the carrier and the buyer.
Damage During Transit
Because shipping is arranged independently by the buyer, any transit damage must be handled directly between the buyer and the third-party shipping carrier.
If an item arrives damaged:

Contact your shipping carrier immediately.

Provide photos of the item, packaging, and damage.

Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.
We will provide any documentation we can to assist your claim, but we are not responsible for the condition of the item once it departs our warehouse.
Authenticity & Provenance
Historical context, date ranges, maker’s marks, stylistic attributions, and provenance research are provided whenever available. Antique pieces may not always carry definitive authentication, but all descriptions are made in good faith based on expertise and documented information.
Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase from The Viridian Eclection, the buyer agrees to:
→ Review all item details prior to purchase
→ Accept all items in as-is condition
→ Arrange and pay for shipping through a third-party carrier
→ Schedule carrier pickup from our warehouse
→ Handle all transit-related issues directly with the carrier
→ Abide by our All Sales Final policy
